While Rob & I look for houses I have started to realize that we will likely be leaving our neighborhood here in Rockford. This is a bit bittersweet, as I am completely ready to start our journey in a place we own completely (anyone else a bit tired of renting?? I am with you!). But I know for a fact that I will miss this little town. So many great things in walking distance, like restaurants, bowling ally, library, damn, walking trails, dog park, and so on. But I am happy we are able to take advantage of all these things while we are still here!

Colder Days

Rob and I went for a walk a few months ago in a park near our house. The snow was just starting to melt then, and it was absolutely beautiful. Although, I am happy to have the warmer weather now.







I have to apologize for things being so quiet around here lately. School just finished up for me, but my days have been full. I had an awards banquet to attend, as well as work, and multiple mother's day celebrations. I am not complaining, I have had a wonderful few days, but now that things have finally slowed down I am enjoying the time to just relax.
